Endurance Queen

On Monday I will run a marathon for the first time. These are the things I will be thinking:

     Get comfortable.

     Give yourself time to get comfortable.

     Can you soften into this?

     Can you enjoy this?

     Can you let that go?

     This is the best run you’ve ever done, because you’re doing it now.

     Soft focus.

     Finish strong.

     Bring it to the runway.
