Summer Dreaming
On Wednesday I walked outside in Wisconsin against snow blowing sideways. My sneakers turned wet and my ears stung from the cold.
March is always down payment for July. Those long, warm days seem far away, but still the carrot dangles.
March is too long and April too busy. May is the hostess standing on summer’s doorstep, welcoming you from these dreary days, inviting you to please, come in, come in.
