Manager Comments

John, when you were first brought onto the team there was a collective excitement in the skills and experience you brought to the role. While you certainly hit the ground running, some interactions amongst colleagues and clients were not without incident, as we discussed upon their occurrence. Even still, we provided several opportunities for you to improve your performance, but to little avail. I am afraid we may need to seriously consider the feasibility of your continued employment here absent a significant adjustment in your orientation toward work and your colleagues.

Employee Comments

I would rate my performance somewhere between stellar and exceptional. Everyone thought that just because my dad owns the company, my mom is the HR director, and that all of my siblings work here as well, that I was some sort of nepotism hire. Boy has my 2023-2024 proven them wrong. My numbers may be a bit low, but I have several huge deals on the edge of closing. My only area of improvement would be in the performance of my so-called “co-workers.” Once they actually start doing their fair share, I’d be happy to share more of my wisdom with them. Onward and upward!
